How it works — four simple steps
- Call or request an appointment. Reach us at 484-401-9585 or use the contact form. We’ll confirm a home visit time Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM by appointment.
- We come to you. A VirtuHear specialist arrives with everything needed for a full evaluation — no travel fee for home visits across our Chester County service area.
- Results and, when ready, a fitting. We explain what we found and discuss options. If prescription hearing aids make sense, we can program and fit them in your home and show you how to use them.
- Follow-up that fits your life. Fine-tuning can continue in-home, at our West Chester office, or via tele-audiology after your in-person exam.

In-home: Ideal when travel is the barrier. Same diagnostic approach and fitting standards we use downtown — delivered at your door.
Office: Prefer to come in? Visit VirtuHear at 103 South High Street, Suite #1 in the borough of West Chester. Left entrance with blue shutters; Suite #1 is the first door on your left. Patient parking is validated — write down your plate.
