Yes, we strive on helping those in need that cannot come into a clinic. We conduct a comprehensive hearing evaluation in the comfort of your home, no different from the experience offered in a center. We use state-of- the-art technology which is FDA approved and equally accurate to an in-booth evaluation. The best part, there is no fee for the in-home exam!
We will replace the hearing aid(s) for a deductable of $150 per unit (one time per unit) within the first 3 years, no matter what happens. If the hearing breaks due to workmanship or no fault of your own, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge for the first 3 years.
Yes, after your comprehensive in-person exam, all needed adjustments for sound clarity can be done at home with a wifi signal, computer or smart phone.
Prescription hearing aids can be individually fine-tuned and fitted; people choosing OTC devices must rely on generic sizes that can’t be altered. Most importantly, OTC devices are NOT programmed specifically to your hearing loss, where as prescription hearing aids are programmed to your exact hearing loss at the time of your comprehensive evaluation. This evaluation enables us to increaase your hearing loss only in the needed frequency range.
