John is a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist known for his exceptional ability to assess hearing needs and recommend suitable hearing aid options. John has worked in the hearing aid industry for over 23 years, with extensive knowledge and expertise. He has been providing hearing care in the Delaware and Chester County areas for the past decade. John also holds active Hearing Aid Dispensing licenses in 21 states throughout the United States.

Stefanie has an extensive background in tech start-ups. She has worked at the Pentagon, along with executive positions at Amazon (AWS).

Jessica Nader

Jessica has nearly a decade of experience providing hearing care. She became interested in hearing health as a teen after witnessing the profound impact hearing aids had on her grandfather’s life. A Korean war veteran, he lost his hearing during his combat years and struggled to communicate, which affecting the quality of his personal relationships for most of his life. When he finally received his first set of hearing aids, his life, and the lives of those who loved him significantly improved. This experienced highlighted for Jessica the substantial impact treating hearing loss can have on life, and inspired her to dedicate herself fully to assisting others on their hearing care journey.
