- Help with insurance hearing benefits. VirtuHear is in-network with many insurance hearing benefit programs, including TruHearing, UHC Hearing, Amplifon, Hear.com, and ZipHearing.
- Hearing aid fittings and follow-up care with Signia, Phonak, Oticon, and Unitron hearing aids, including rechargeable options such as Signia Silk.
- Cleanings and repairs, typically with about a one-week turnaround.
- Earwax check. We check for earwax during your visit and refer you to the right provider if removal is needed.
- In-home visits by appointment for residents who find it hard to travel. Please call to ask about scheduling and fees.

- A hearing-health talk for residents, at no cost to your community. It covers common signs of hearing loss, how hearing aids work today, caring for hearing aids, and how insurance hearing benefits work.
- A hearing check day at your community, where residents can ask questions, have their hearing aids looked at, and book a free hearing evaluation or a free hearing benefits check.
