VirtuHear offers a free comprehensive hearing evaluation at 103 South High Street, Suite #1 in downtown West Chester, or in your home across Chester County and Delaware County. Appointments run Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
What the free eval typically includes
- Conversation about your hearing goals and daily challenges
- Comprehensive testing appropriate for prescription hearing care
- Plain-language review of results
- Discussion of options if treatment makes sense — including Signia, Phonak, Oticon, and Unitron
- Answers about insurance/hearing benefits, price match, financing options, warranty, and our 30-day refund policy
OTC vs prescription
Over-the-counter devices are not programmed to your audiogram. Prescription hearing aids are fit and supported by our HIS team, with adjustments in-office, at home, or via tele-audiology.

Suite #1 is the left entrance with blue shutters. Patient parking is validated — write down your plate when you arrive.
