Dr. Holden is a highly experienced audiologist with over a decade of expertise in hearing healthcare and has dedicated her career to helping individuals improve their hearing and overall quality of life. She holds active audiology licenses in multiple states and has worked in a variety of settings, including ENT clinics, private practices, and remote care. Her patient-centered approach ensures personalized solutions tailored to each individual’s hearing needs. Passionate about providing the best possible care, Dr. Holden stays up to date with the latest advancements in audiology. Whether through in-person or remote services, she is committed to helping patients hear better and live better.

John DeSimone

Hearing Instrument Specialist

John is a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist known for his exceptional ability to assess hearing needs and recommend suitable hearing aid options. John has worked in the hearing aid industry for over 23 years, with extensive knowledge and expertise. He has been providing hearing care in the Delaware and Chester County areas for the past decade. John also holds active Hearing Aid Dispensing licenses in several states throughout the United States.

Stefanie DeSimone

Operations Manager

Stefanie has an extensive background in tech start-ups. She has worked at the Pentagon, along with executive positions at Amazon (AWS).

Stefanie handles day to day operations along with patient care coordinating. Stefanie has worked alongside John and his hearing aid practices for the past decade.

Andy Kreitel

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Andy began his career in the Hearing HealthCare field in 1974. Working with major hearing aid manufacturers in the production of hearing instruments. Working in Europe to establish manufacturing facilities and train individuals in the fine art of producing custom hearing instruments. Opening a retail store in 1984 to sell, and repair hearing aids. Being a current wearer of hearing aids for many years, he is uniquely qualified to test, fit and program todays highly

advanced instruments.

Rebecca Beaman

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Rebecca has been a board-certified Hearing Instrument Specialist for 8 years, helping patients find the right hearing solutions and reconnect with the people and moments that matter most. Before becoming a specialist, she worked as a Patient Care Coordinator, where she gained a deeper understanding of the personal frustrations and struggles patients often face in their communication and hearing. That experience shaped the way she cares for her patients today, with empathy and a focus on truly listening to their needs.

Rebecca has worked with patients both in-office and virtually, which allows her to provide care in a space that feels most comfortable to them. Her passion for hearing care also runs in the family. With her father and many relatives in the field, she has seen firsthand how life-changing hearing aids can be, and that legacy continues to inspire her every day.

When she’s not working with patients, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters. Whether traveling together or creating special memories at home, family is always at the center of her life.

Guy is a Board Certified Hearing Specialist with over 15 years of professional experience in the hearing healthcare industry. He is highly skilled at comprehensive hearing assessments, advanced hearing aid fittings, and on going patient care. Throughout his career, Guy has remained committed to delivering individualized, result-driven hearing solutions that enhance communication and overall quality of life. His certification and multiple licenses reflect a dedication to the highest standards of clinical excellence and ethical practice.
